With the Right Brain Dynamics, Great Things Can Happen
Colored Brain is a leading brain science-based concept that identifies how our brains are uniquely wired to respond in times of uncertainty. It answers questions like how are we triggered, how are we accidentally triggering others and how we can bridge the brain gap. Brains that wire together, fire together. Clearer Communication, Fewer Conflicts
Understand how others think and cut through confusion fast
Brains That Sync, Teams That Win
Leverage cognitive diversity to work smarter, together.

How Leaders and Teams Use Colored Brain
When people start having awareness on how they're brain is wired and how that's different from how their leader and other team members are wired, huge transformations start to happen. How people communicate, how they lead, how they take action in times of uncertainty and how they make decisions transform - because now, they're considering the BRAIN. Below are some ways we've supported our clients:
Success Stories
Green brain and red brain in senior leadership team
A green brain plant director who just got promoted had clashes with his red brain operations lead. Green brains want to move fast with their ideas and red brains are very structured. They were both excellent at what they did, but working together posed some challenges.
Through a 6-month 1:1 coaching with them, we unraveled the unique traits of the green and red brain leaders, their unique wiring and how they're potentially triggering each other. The outcomes were impressive, with the green brain leader learning to break down his ideas into structured chunks, and the red brain leader learning to move faster through his structure.
They learnt that working together as experts in their own domain is not only possibly, but with great potential to thrive. We went on to train 11 other senior leaders in the company to communicate and work together using Colored Brain.
Multiple brain colors leadership team resistant to culture change
We trained 13 senior leaders (AVP and VP) in the GROW coaching model, towards the vision of moving from a culture of telling to one of asking.
There was great resistance at the beginning from all leaders, especially the more senior ones, convinced that change is difficult. Using awareness of their brain's unique wiring through a 3-month 12-session group coaching program, we instilled and embedded this change in bite-sized learning.
At the end of the program, the leaders embraced the coaching model in their leadership style, sharing insights and a-has during every session as they applied and embedded concepts learnt with their teams. The most resistant leader made most progress, by training his global team to embrace this culture.
Purple brain leader and green brain team
We were asked to train a purple brain leader who was not working very well with his team, that consisted of mostly green brain members. The leader was new, and the feedback with received from his team using our 360-degrees feedback model, is that he takes too long to make decisions.
As a marketing team, this caused a lot of stress for the green brain team members who wanted to seize opportunities in the market before it was too late.
We custom-designed a 6-week program for them, where we identified everyone's Colored Brain, their unique wiring, how they reacted in times of ambiguity, how they were triggered and how they triggered others. The sessions were open and honest, with team members providing feedback to others.
What resulted was honesty in communications and teaching other people how they're brains were wired and how they were different. With open communications and by asking questions like "How is my brain different from yours?" and "How can I make it better for you?", we achieved a range of powerful solutions on how to progress as a team.
The purple brain leader understood how he needed to balance his need for data to make an informed decision with his team's need to optimize industry opportunities. The green brained team also learnt how to source and provide more relevant data to their manager for a quicker decision making.
